Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relations between SitesWebSEO.ch and its clients for website creation and SEO optimization services.
2. Services Offered
SitesWebSEO.ch offers three main packages:
- Basic Package (499 CHF): One-page showcase site
- Premium Package (999 CHF): Multi-page site with SEO
- ULTRA Premium SEO Package (1499 CHF): Premium site + advanced SEO pack
3. Order and Payment
The order is confirmed upon receipt of the completed questionnaire and payment. Work begins upon receipt of full payment.
4. Delivery Times
Indicative delivery times are:
- Basic Package: 1-2 weeks
- Premium Package: 1 week
- ULTRA Package: 1-2 weeks (site) + SEO follow-up
These times may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness for approvals.
5. Revisions
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
6. SEO - Disclaimer
SEO services are provided according to industry best practices. No specific search engine ranking can be guaranteed, as results depend on many external factors.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client becomes the owner of elements created specifically for their project. Tools and methods used remain the property of SitesWebSEO.ch.
8. Cancellation
In case of cancellation after work has begun, work performed will be invoiced pro rata.
9. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
